Mani Ratman’s Raavan is releasing this Friday. While we all know the way it ends for the historical Raavana, we might have a slight idea how Raavan, the movie, might end. However we’ll take a look at some unexpected stuff today and hope the movie doesn’t end this way. Here are 5 unexpected endings for Raavan. Of course there are no spoilers honey (we don’t know any).
1. Aishwarya Rai Turns Out to be The Real Raavan
It’ a clear cut case of Bollywood trying to over-impress it’s audience. It turns out Aishwarya, playing Sita, turns out to be the real Raavan in the end. She was just using Abhishek, err original Raavan, as a shield to protect her identity. She ends up killing both the guys and in the end you get to see her dark side. What am I saying here? Anyways this might as well turn out to be an unexpected ending to Mani Ratnam’s Raavan.
2. Ram Appears to Save Aishwarya, Chooses to Plug BP oil spill
Ram, played by Vikram, wakes up to a no-Sita-in-my-bedroom morning. He brushes his teeth and gets into his super lucky underwear and heads out to save Aishwarya. As it turns out he’s put off by the BP oil spill all over the Gulf while on his way to India. He decided to ditch Aishwarya and help plug the oil spill. Bravo!
3. Raavan i.e Abhishek Decides to Switch Sides
Raavan had 10 heads, at least that is what they say about him. I believe one of them was sane enough. In the end the brain from that one good head sends all the right impulses to the central processing unit inside the main head and Raavan gives up. He decides to switch sides and help Ram save the world (of what?!).
4. Aishwarya i.e Sita Ditches Ram, Finds Raavan Cool
Of course good girls like bad boys. Aishwarya spends time with Raavan in the jungle and suddenly finds herself in love with the bad-ass. She likes the way Raavan treats her in a manly way, something she’d never quite expect from a decent little boy called Ram. So she throws away her ring and kisses Raavan. Ram just kills himself hearing this news. Happy endings eh?
5. Ram Postpones hunt for Sita due to Fifa World Cup 2010
Men will be men. Ram gets an alert on his smartphone while he’s hunting for Raavan about the Fifa World Cup 2010. He finds himself in a position where he must choose between the good and the evil. He calls up his DTH company and subscribes to the sports pack. Ram now heads back home just in time to catch the world cup action. He sends a little text to Sita saying, ‘ I think you should enjoy your vacation a little longer’.
