Steve Jobs was back at kicking some real ass last night when he announced the fresh new iPod Nano and other updates with the iPod range of Mp3 players. The fourth generation iPod Nano comes in a lot of shiny colors while maintaining the slim’n'hot look. Some new features include gaming, Genius playlists, change music with a shake etc. The iPod Classic has been refreshed and it comes only in 120GB now. The iPod touch was upgraded with a new case but a same display. Apple also introduced $79 in-ear headphones which are due this October. iPod Shuffle has also been launched in more colors. Along with all this iTunes 8 is now available for download.
Apple has a whopping 73.4% of market share in the portable music player market. With Microsoft struggling with ever declining Zune sales, Apple is all happy to kick everyone’s butt once in a while with these announcements. Microsoft Zune must be pissing in it’s pants right now.
