At some point or the other we’re all big fans of the wild American West! The movies have inspired me all the time. Somehow I really missed it on my gaming console. Rockstar, famous for it’s Grand Theft series, has finally pulled the trigger on a really awesome game that took me by surprise. Red Dead Redemption is for everyone who is a big fan of the American West. Or am I too American by now to say something like this…well anyways.
No other, I repeat, no other game has what it takes to beat Read Dead Redemption in a pure awesome gameplay. Red Dead Redemption puts you inside the character of John Marston, a former outlaw who’s friends have now turned into enemies leaving John alone. The storyline for the game takes you on a trip along countryside and the border between US and Mexico. As the game progresses you will meet, help and fight with a superb cast of characters as you try to set things straight.
The graphics of the game are simply breathtaking. This comes as a no-surprise from the Rockstar team that has been delivering really cool stuff along the lines of Grand Theft Auto, one of my favorite games of all times. Read Dead Redemption is the next step in the revolution of gaming especially when the entire game console ecosystem is on the verge of a major revolution with the launch of Microsoft’s Kinect (my review coming up!).
If you’re a gaming fanatic, Hollywood lover and an admirer of the American West, Red Dead Redemption is a must buy. Also, in case you any of those game consoles, it makes a whole lot of sense to get it.
