Here comes the oomph. HTC announced it’s array of brand new spartphones at the ongoing Mobile World Conference 2010. HTC has been an early adopter of Google’s Android platform and has also partnered with Google on developing it’s Nexus One smartphone. HTC Desire has everything that Nexus One carries with a few uber cool enhancements. HTC Desire sports updated Sense and support for Flash 10.1. No doubt the 1GHz Snapdragon processor will be put to good use.

Symbian Goes the Android Way – Open Source now!

Symbian has finally taken one step further (something we all believe it should have done years ago) and gone open source. The ten year old Symbian platform shall go entirely open source from today. Developers can download, modify and redistribute the Symbian source code from it’s website. It’s believed that the Symbian platform empowers around 330 million mobile devices across the globe.
