Looking to tweak and optimize your Windows 7 or Windows Vista installation? Can’t find all settings you’re looking to change? Here is a slick freeware utility to tweak your Windows 7 or Windows Vista (both 32-bit and 64-bit) installation. Ultimate Windows Tweaker is a TweakUI utility that lets you access all under-the-hood settings in one easy GUI environment. You can easily make changes without having to look for them under control panel or administrative panels.

With careful tweaking you can speed up your Windows installation by turning off features you don’t need and optimizing others. You can easily modify User accounts and UAC, System Performance, Security settings, Network settings and Internet Explorer settings. All this at a click of a button. The utility covers as many as 150 tweaks. I really loved this tool. I was able to get over the Windows 7 shut down and hibernate problems I was facing on my laptop. Moreover I feel Windows 7 on my laptop is much more stable now with a few tweaks here and there.
