Apple’s Steve Jobs changed my world the day he announced the iPhone. It was a dream come true. A smartphone that was so cool that you couldn’t resist getting your hands on, iPhone was a brilliant hand held device anyone could ever dream about. There were still some smartphones floating around and some of them were pretty neat too but Apple’s marketing sucked you right into buying the iPhone. So I bought my first smartphone, Apple’s iPhone, three months after it had launched. For an Indian buyer it wasn’t an easy job. I had to buy it on Ebay and then had someone known from US ship it over to me. It did make the iPhone a little more expensive for me but I never complained, who will?!

The day came when I had the iPhone in my hands. There was so much I could do with the iPhone, there was so much I discovered about the iPhone every single day, there was so much that didn’t make sense to me and then there was so much I didn’t even know my iPhone could do. nokia n96 iphone 3g killer

Apple, Vodafone and Airtel have broken a lot of hearts with their iPhone 3G pricing plans for India. Rich kids, Baabus with a lot of under-the-table money, Bollywood film stars and Paris Hilton clones in India would be the only few who’ll be buying the iPhone 3G in India initially. The common man is scared of the iPhone 3G. The price might come down when the moron honchos up there realize the gravity of the situation but I am seriously unhappy with Apple. Apple is supposed to be closely monitoring and guiding both Vodafone and Airtel on the pricing. I’m so freaked out that I have decided to never buy an Apple product ever.

iPhone 3G killer phone is the latest buzz around. Every major mobile phone manufacturer is busy bringing their own version to the market as soon as possible. These specially work in markets where people are not able to afford the iPhone 3G or when it hasn’t been launched there. LG and Samsung have already launched iPhone look alike phones in the market. So far none of them have come closer to the standards Apple set with their first mobile phone iPhone.

Nokia is bringing on the heat to the exploding iPhone killer market with their latest entrant N96. It’s a part of their range of NSeries smart phones. A first look at N96 reveals a really cool phone. A smart alternative to the Apple iPhone 3G. In fact I find it much better than Apple iPhone 3G as far as features are concerned. Of course functionality will matter and we’ll know about it only once the N96 comes out. Nokia’s NSeries phones are known to have software issues and a crappy degradation over a small time.

N96 features some really cool features. Some of them people needed desperately on Apple iPhone 3G.
