Orkut is getting so annoying these days with so much not-happening stuff thats going on both legitimately and otherwise. Social networking isn’t really on any standards there. And look at Facebook, I could live my whole life on Facebook no matter what!
Glad u brought this up , Mate .I was luking for a place to abuse these a** H()L*s ….here ’s what happened :
All was well in the evening when i logged into my orkut account , But then they throw this shocker @ me last night …when i click on login & find this sh*tty message staring at me :
” Your account has been Deleted for violation of terms of Use .Orkut reserves the right to ban your account at any point in time , without any reason or justification.Please take a look at the Terms of Use ,before you create a fresh account ”

There was no “CONTACT US” or “If you think your account was deleted by mistake , Click Here ” , nothing …. Just blank ,in your face : ” ACCOUNT DELETED ” .It felt like being on the receiving end of a Jock’s fist at school , just because he hated my T- shirt .FOR Absolutely No reaSon, I had lost My account , all 160 odd ‘friends’ i had cultivated in 2 years , all my favorite youtube links , old school pics i didn’t have another copy of …. Everything .
To Mock my loss , they finally had a “Accidental Account Deletion Form” , which i found after an hour of googling every possible combination of ” how to recover deleted orkut account” ,lying among a million other queries at the “ORKUT HELP CENTRE” webpage . I could see a glitter of hope , UNTILL I READ THIS ..
“Please provide the INACCESSIBLE Profile Link : ”
HOW thE F**K IS ONE SUPPOSED TO DO THAT , WHEN YOU B*S*A*DS have LefT no stone unturned in BuRYING my ProfiLe Alive …. Deletion OF ALL SCRAPS , TEstimonials , POsts , any thing that guaranteed proof of my existence on OrkuT …all was gone . The Community I owned Read –>

I strove till midnight to find a viable solution to my problem , but it was a lost cause .I was one of the thousands , who had posted similar grievances on various threads . Finally , trying to console myself with the fact that facebook still exists , I cursed Orkut one more time and Dozed off .
Then , next evening , i get this sms from a friend that u are back on orkut . I dashed to my PC , n strange enough , I AM BACK . I check my gmail account for any “WE are Sorry ” mails from orkut , But No Luck.I am still trying to come to terms with this ‘Bakra’ orkut played with me , and in half a mind to sue the fk**s . But with no proof of this incident , i guess i will take third alternative and shift base to facebook , n kiCk orkut hard in the NUTS !!

I just hate the new Orkut feel.
It was much better, when there were no themes.
Now, it’s an overkill and useless and poitnless apps.
