After some great entertaining Twenty20 cricket, the Indian Premier League is finally down to two semi-finals and one grand final. The Delhi Daredevils managed to squeeze into the semi-finals. They still have to face the Rajashtan Royals in the semi-final match this Friday. Rajashtan Royals, the most inexpensive team, has managed to put up a great performance throughout the tournament. The second semi-final match will see the Chennai Superkings battle it out with the Kings XI Punjab team this Saturday. The Kings XI Punjab have also managed to put up an unexpectedly great performance during the Indian Premier League. The semi-finals would definitely be worth the excitement.
Semi-finals Schedule :

Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai | ||

The Kings XI Punjab rocks! They are bound to win the Indian Premier League. And poor king Khan isn’t all that poor as I thought IPL could have made him. But still…an entry into the finals could have made another round of crores for him. Anyways the semi final matches would be the best!!!!!!!! My eyeballs are on TV…and poor you Harry…you’re gonna miss the semi finals and the final….!
Exactly! Kings XI have a tough competition ahead of them but Yuvi’s boys look confident and so does the Rajashtan Royals…I’m excited about who will make it to the finals!
Mallay’s Bangalore Royal Challengers team seems to be biting the dust as well!
honestly, i’m not much of a cricket buff.. partly because as a kid growing up with 2 brothers, i was never allowed to bat or bowl.. instead i was always made to run behind the ball, be it thorny bushes or broken window panes.. so basically, i had to do all the dirty work while the boys merrily played the day away..
but yes, i feel your pain.. lets hope the next big match will not have cramming for yet another exam. =)
I agree with you Gayatri! There guys con us into playing this game of Cricket and they only make you run behind the ball…even if you get a chance to bat…they serve you with lollipop deliveries of the ball…and you’re out no matter what you do since you just don’t know what things are considered as out in Cricket!
